Course Objectives 

This course enables delegates to develop and use the statistical techniques in Statistical Process Control implementation that are used most often to improve quality based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act model. Here are the learning outcomes for the two days training program; after completing this program, participants will be able to: 

• Understand the basic principles of SPC 
• Identify the causes of variations. 
• Identify the tools of Quality that interact with SPC 
• Use and interpret the Variable Control Charts 
• Use and interpret the Attributes Control Charts 
• Calculate the Process Capability 
• Apply SPC as Quality Problem-Solving Technique.
