The implementation of your QMS should be a strategic decision influenced by the context of your organization.

The course is designed to provide attendees with an understanding of the guidelines' requirements and to prepare them for the self-assessment.

- Introduction to ISO 9001:2015 QMS
- Key requirements, terms and definitions of ISO 9001:2015
- Structure of ISO 9001:2015, which incorporates the Annex SL common framework for management system standards
- Main concepts such as risk-based thinking, process approach, Plan-Do-Check-Act, and 7 management principles.
- Identify, assess and evaluate potential risks (whether they are threats or opportunities).
